The Cyber Plebs movement emerged from a simple recognition: those who build and maintain the world's technology infrastructure—the sysadmins, developers, engineers, and technicians—have been sidelined in conversations about technology's future. While tech monopolies and AI giants dictate policy and direction, we who keep the systems running have been rendered invisible.

We reject the false choice between AI domination and AI destruction. Instead, we advocate for transparent, accountable, and human-centered technology. We believe in open source, decentralization, and democratic governance of digital systems. We are building the tools and communities that will power a more equitable technological future.
